phone erasing memory….
i woke up this morning and all of my texts and recent phone calls were deleted. then just now i go back and everything i have done today is gone as well. i called tmobile, and they said this was a known problem. but that was all. so does anyone else know what the crap is goin on and can help me? thanks

Yeah that happened to me to. The Bell guy said it’s cuz the Pearl has really low memory and there is someway you can set it so it automatically cleans up junk you don’t need and keeps stuff you want like convos and texts etc. I haven’t gone in yet to learn this splendid secret but maybe someone else knows or take it to your provider

Blackberry key/Options/Security Options/Memory Cleaning…
Change the status from “Disabled” to “Enabled”, and fine tune any settings you wish. Press the Blackberry key once again to save options. You may notice that you can also select “Clean Now”. It doesn’t hurt to clean it manually (I also clean it every Sunday).
